How Has Trazodone Worked for You? Has It Helped Your Sleep? Does It Make Tinnitus Worse?

I took 50 mg of Trazodone two nights ago. After taking it, within the hour (if I'm remembering right) I had a hard time breathing through my nose and mouth. My sinuses seemed to constrict/narrow. I think my rate of breathing lowered. I was able to breathe better 1-3 hours later. I also had some...

How Much Does (Lack of) Sleep Affect Tinnitus?

I'm thinking it varies from person to person, but I am really curious just how much sleep (or lack of it) affects tinnitus. Please share what caused your tinnitus (if you know) and your experience of how sleep affects (or at least seems to) your tinnitus. If you know of any other people and how...

Tinnitus Temporarily or Permanently Worse After Seroquel and Hydroxyzine?

I have been on Seroquel for a little less than a month. I've been trying to taper off it because I seemed to develop tinnitus in my other ear because of it (or at least while on it). Last night was the first night in a while I didn't take any Seroquel. I took 50 mg Hydroxyzine and 0.1 mg...

Diclofenac Is the Devil: DO NOT Take It If You Have Tinnitus or Hyperacusis

Thank you so much for the helpful reply! I'm going to try a small amount of it like you did and see how it goes. Did you use gel or cream (or maybe some other topical)? I think the gel might be safer but I'm not sure.

Hi. Could you please tell me about the adverse effects, where you applied the topical Diclofenac, how much you applied, how often, and any other information about this you can think of? I'd appreicate it very, very much. I'm thinking of taking some because diclofenac gel looks possibly safe...

Can Diclofenac (Voltaren) Gel/Topical Cream Cause/Worsen Tinnitus If Applied on the Knee?

Hi, I have inflamed knees that is making my tinnitus and sleep extra hard to get. I've been resting them, icing them, elevating them, taking antioxidant supplements and food (but not too much, I think) to reduce inflammation. I talked to the on-call doctor at she suggested Voltaren gel. I was...
