@madeline S, you are in the right place for support. Hang in there. One of the things that helped me was hot showers. The shower masked the sound and helped me relax. Lots of chamomile tea, eating clean, melatonin, and most of all prayer. This forum is filled with amazing people. ♡

@Bobby B, thank you for asking. It's a very high pitched cricket sound that doesn't fluctuate as much as crickets. Sometimes it hisses and whistles like a high pitched kettle. Other times it's a tone. Sigh... sorry for the poor descriptions. Any insight is appreciated.

I had a twitch in my upper lip for a few weeks after the vaccine, too, in addition to this tinnitus. It was awful but the twitch went away after about 3 to 4 weeks. Just thought I'd share that with you and see if anyone else had that.
