I have now had tinnitus for 3 months. I believe it is stress induced. Everything has checked out fine; MRI, bloodwork, hearing tests, etc. I have finally been able to pull myself out of the stress but with the help of Ativan. Is there hope that my tinnitus will go away? I do believe it is now...

So from the best that I know, my tinnitus began 3 months ago from a major stressor which now has turned into major anxiety. Would any of these supplements/Apple Cider Vinegar/ etc, help for this type of tinnitus? All hearing, MRI, bloodwork is normal. Thanks!

Hello! I have had tinnitus since March 1st which I believe was caused by high stress and anxiety in my life. I did go to an ENT and they said my hearing is fine. The ENT suggested to try Prednisone, but I didn't fill the prescription yet. Should I try that? This is causing constant anxiety...
