3 days post 2nd Pfizer shot, no difference in tinnitus. No ill effects besides a sore arm, guess I got lucky.

Trying $4,000 hearing aids for the past 3 days. Minimal sound amplification plus white noise, they seem to be helping a lot.

I do, have one made from a TMJ doctor. My jaw has locked up every morning for the last week so I'm definitely still grinding my teeth all night every night. Getting a sleep study done tonight to see if I have sleep apnea, I've heard that can cause bruxism and snoring, both of which I do.

Getting to a point where it doesn't bother me, 7 months in. Loud fans are my best friend, sound therapy is real and it works.

It's at a 10 right now and i haven't taken a Xanax so yay? Trying to habituate

My wife makes fun of me for wearing gun range earmuffs when I make things in the blender. I leave them right on the counter 24/7 since I make a shake every day. I'm glad to see other people with similarly ultra loud blenders!

My doctor says my recent onset tinnitus is from TMJ, but for the record I got it 13 days after my 1st Pfizer dose. I did not get the second dose for fear of making it worse. I'm sure they're at least a little connected.

I've taken diclofenac for TMJ since my tinnitus started, it seems to help me. Definitely doesn't make it worse. But my tinnitus is allegedly from TMJ (plus a new tone in my right ear from blowing me nose too hard), so not noise induced or ototoxic induced.
