I have had tinnitus for close to 1o years now, and besides temporary increases, it has not gotten any worse. I don't notice my T unless I'm in a very quiet room and want it to stay that way. I'm concerned about it getting worse as I age, as I am only 22 and fear having my T get worse in the future
