Hi Bry, a similar situation happened to me at work. I experienced a muffle in right ear that lasted a second and then think I had a gradual onset of tinnitus in my right ear but since then (6 weeks ago roughly) it's now in my left ear and head occasionally.

Will corticoids help recovery as it's been nearly 6 weeks?
