No antidepressant medications here. I have read that some people use Inositol as a sweetener, so my assumption is that they find it inert, also.

Reading the Inositol updates here with surprise. I take 1000 mg every morning on an empty stomach because it chelates iron in the stomach and works as a metabolic disease preventative. To me, it's inert otherwise; does not impact my digestion, nerves, or tinnitus.
