I wish I had taken this advice, but it feels like it is too late. It has already gotten worse. All it took was one mistake… :/ I genuinely hate this condition. It has robbed me of my quality of life, something I feel I will never get back… :(

I think we might have a similar experience with tinnitus. The first year is especially challenging and can feel like absolute hell, but it should improve over time. As for flying, it might be okay, but be sure to bring foam earplugs just in case. Wishing you the best of luck!
