Thanks very my @Tryn2BHopeful. Ringing came back full force at night, to the point I can't sleep. Coming up on 3 days of terrible sleep (2-3 hours). Really freaked out this is my life now.

Update: Audiologist has confirmed no hearing loss. Got an appointment with dentist tomorrow for potential TMJ. Ringing went away for around 30 minutes when ear clogging went away. I am taking this as a good sign that the muscle relaxers and relaxing of the face muscles is doing good work...
