How to Stay Positive with Severe Reactive Tinnitus?

You're one of my favorite posters here. I recall you saying some kind of special marijuana blend helped. Is that not the case? I also have severe reactive tinnitus. I am 34, and I am sure it will worsen over time, as it already has beyond measure. My therapist today just couldn't really...

Reactive Tinnitus and Sound Distortions: How to Move Forward?

It's always interesting to see how what works for some can have the opposite effect on others. After my first two visits to a massage therapist, I nearly ended up institutionalized. It got so much worse that I couldn't bear it.

@2049v I've tried dieting, exercise, silence, white noise, antidepressants, and more. I know that weightlifting has made it worse. Nothing has helped in the slightest. I am assuredly not going to ever live the life I wanted for myself.

Poll: Would You Trade Your Tinnitus for a 5-Year Prison Sentence?

I'd give much more than that. Tinnitus is a prison, and spending a lifetime behind bars of noise is more agonizing than five years of life spent behind steel bars, planning the rest of my life in freedom and happiness.
