@Lipshitz how are you? I sent you a message March the 8th. I get on here more often now to see how everyone is doing.

I actually ordered it off Amazon. I sleep with it on every night, leave it on nonstop in my bedroom and sleep with my fan on that has helped me so much.

@SarahMLFlemmer Im actually doing so much better. My Tinnitus isn’t better it’s actually worse. I have just learned to deal with it better. I work all the time and try and stay as busy as I can to keep my mind off it. I do the things I use to do now. I will wear ear plugs with really loud things...

@Lipshitz yes I’m better my T is worse, but learning to deal with it better. I just stay busy, try not to think about it and do everything O use to do.

@4Grace yeah I’m doing good. Dealing with the noise so much better. Maybe I habituated. I just try to go on every day. I miss you too and pray you will eventually get better. I just pray mine never gets worse later on down the road.

Noise all the time 24/7 buzzing, static, electricity. So much worse than last year. But yeah the noise is worse, but heating to deal with the sound a lot better. I still have days I don’t think I will make it, but I keep busy, keep going and try not to think about my T. It’s the worst thing that...

@Yellowblue44 no actually my T is worse now. I just stay very busy and keep my mind off of it. I actually used my gas weedeater this weekend, but wore ear plugs and yeah it makes my T worse. I’m just dealing with it better, it is still very hard for me though thinking how I can deal with this...

@MAH1970 I took Gabapentin before but I don’t know. It seems like any medicine or lots of food and caffeine and loud noises make mine worse.

4Grace I always hVe missed you when you weren’t on here. Don’t know what I would have done without you. You kept me going.

@4Grace winter was the worst for me. I’m enjoying summer the best I can because winter is excruciating.My T is so much worse then.

@4Grace I keep wondering how long we can live this way. Will it get worse as we get older? I just try to stay busy and keep going.

@4Grace don’t get me wrong it’s still driving me crazy and I still have to have sound therapy all day and night.

@4Grace my T is actually louder now and won’t go back down. I have learned to deal with it a little better with it louder.

@4Grace I know you have been suffering for so long, I pray for you all the time that the lord will help you get better.

@Lipshitz In hanging in there. My T has been very bad lately getting louder, nonstop I just hope I can keep holding on. How are you doing? I have been really stressed lately I was taking care of a family member and she passed Sunday so we had funeral today.

I would love to wear headphones or earplugs but it makes mine so much worse, T is all I hear like sizzling my brain, all in my head, I can’t stand it. A lot of people with T can wear earplugs and headphones I guess our T is so much different. I pray for the day it gets better, but don’t think it...

@SarahMLFlemmer I actually had to quit my job for now. My husband’s brother-in-laws wife Dottie has gallbladder/liver cancer. So I have been working for him Monday-Friday and then I come over on Sunday for him to go to church. She is on oxygen 24/7. His wife Sandy which was my husband’s sister...

@Higo you were saying your T is in your head and it moves. Mine is in my head also my whole head buzzing, static, electricity 24/7. Mine never ever stops.

@4Grace I can’t believe you can sleep without any sound therapy.

@4Grace yes sound therapy is a gift I would go crazy without it.

It’s ashamed I have to have more noise to sleep so I can’t hear my T. I would give anything for silence.

@BellaMia what kind of therapy did you do with your hyperacusis. My T is still bad 24/7 I’m dealing with it better, but it is still hard every day, it’s still debilitating, but I have to keep pushing everyday for my family and I have started back working and that’s also very hard, but it helps...

@BellaMia how are you doing and how is everything going with you? Is your T better or the same?

@Juliane Im not sure if it affected mine or not because I have been going through it a couple years now, I just turned 50.

@Lipshitz I have had it since about May of 2023, but I had tinnitus in 2021 and 2022 both times with Covid, just ringing at night it went away both times. Thank you.

@Higo how long have you had tinnitus and do you know what your was caused from?

@Higo my job actually went good. They are very nice people. I really like it makes the day go by faster. I try not to worry about my tinnitus as much when I stay busy.

@SarahMLFlemmer I’m Hanging in there. In Dealing with my T better, but it is still so hard to do things and be happy like how life use to be. I still use my sound therapy all day and all night it really helps, couldn’t make it without it.I start my new job tomorrow doing homecare.

@Lipshitz hello how are you doing. I’m ok. My T has been loud the last few days and today my head is buzzing so bad. I’m still trying to stay positive and busy, but it’s so hard.

@4Grace its been louder for a couple days now, still making me crazy, but I’m dealing with it better.

@4Grace well if it helps you to stay inside more I don’t blame you for doing that. Maybe the more you stay in will make it better.

@4Grace yeah I love the gas, but it’s so loud and I can’t wear anything on my ears so I’m scared it will mess my hearing up more.

@4Grace can you use your weed trimmer since Tinnitus. I’m so scared it’s going to make mine worse. Sure wish I could wear earplugs..

@4Grace does the trimmer work good? I have always used the gas and oil mixed my trimmer is very loud.My family is in different places.

@4Grace we have 2 large yards and alot of pine trees and it’s a lot of work, but I love working outside.

@4Grace he said, a battery powered one isn’t as loud. It just scares me though because I don’t want to make my hearing worse.

@4Grace but I can’t wear earplugs of headphones so that’s not an option. Thinking of getting a battery powered one like my son has.

@4Grace I’m so sorry. I was hoping you were doing better.Mine is worse with sounds also. I was hoping I could use my weed eater.
