    Thank you so much for the advice .Glad to see there's someone in the same case as me !! I try to be courageous ,but ultimately ,it's like tinnitus takes over my mind and then it becomes hard to study.

    Does Physical Activity Temporarily Worsen Your Tinnitus?

    Yeah , The sound just changes and tinnitus worsens during a physical activity . When I was playing my soccer game ,it became heard to focus after the first half ! The tinnitus just spiked up !!

    Please , don't let the tinnitus keep you down . I got the tinnitus almost three years back ,when I was just 14 ..I had to learn to distract myself away ..It really helps .And try to keep happy ! :)

    @Ricky81 Yea ,it's really hard to sleep at night so I just try to divert my brain to other things ,just start thinking bout other stuffs and that Really does help !! Btw thanks for those suggestions .
