Ive had a few colds since i got tinnitus. Spiked every time, with new sounds etc. Always went back to normal when the cold went away.

They say that the heart of nature is random (quantum mechanics). So in a sense, it is actually radnom, but the randomness is less appearent and almost vanishes in macroscopic systems.

No one is saying youre gonna live like this. Things will most likely get better. Either by tinnitus going down by a few notches (its usually unstable at onset) or by habituation. Youre in a early phase. Suicidal thought arent that uncommon. Just give it some time

Allergies can make your eustachian tube swell and get clogged wich creates pressure in your ears and ringing. Allergies and tinnitus is definatly connected.

There is atleast one person from this forum who has been tinnitus free for 3 days now, after having it for 4 years. The hearing rescue tablets didnt just lower her tinnitus, it has completly vanished. @Danny Boy

I think for everyone with T wich is related to sinus issues, spicey food is a good thing because it clears up the sinuses.
