A Breakthrough I Had — Cranial Therapy — A Potential Cure for Many!

A little background - I'm 18 years old and I have had T in both ears for about a year and a half. I became habituated at some point 6-12 months in, but I have still been seeking a fix through experimentation. I always found it odd that I had T without experiencing any hearing loss. Tests at...

Is Jaw/Neck Movement Affected Tinnitus ALWAYS Somatosensory?

First off I'd like to say thanks for all your work on this forum. It means a lot to those of us with this condition! So I was wondering if it is possible that someone could misdiagnose their T as somatosensory tinnitus when in actuality, certain movements of the head are just putting pressure on...

Fake It Until You Make It

@billie48 thanks for the response! I agree with the Dr's approach. It's all about making the brain believe you don't care about it.

Fake It Until You Make It

Tinnitus for Two Months, I Think I'll Be OK

@I who love music I'm thankful you did post that, it is already positively impacting me! It's inspiring to me how long you have lived through the T. If you can, there's no reason I can't. Still hoping mine goes away but I am prepared for the worst.

Tinnitus for Two Months, I Think I'll Be OK

I'm Zach. I am 17 years old and have had T for almost 2 months now. I don't have any hearing loss and I suspect my T was brought about by either eustachian tube blockage or slight TMJ issues or a combination of both. I have it in both ears, kind of fluctuating tone and volume slightly from day...
