So I've had tinnitus for 2 months which is probably permanent but I have CFS which causes stress and nasal congestion to name a few.. If I breath really deep my nose feels blocked. Is this the cause for my ear cracking?

So when my ears click when I swallow but when I put my finger in my ears there is no clicking or tinnitus. Is this normal?
