Hello!
So I've been a bit busy lately and sadly not stuck to my intention of posting here more often. I will from now though!!
So I am 6 months in and still have tinnitus however I am still going strong even if it is loud at times!
The anxiety levels are still non existent to really low. Although I still do have the odd days where it gets on my nerves more than others! I still sleep fine with no need to have any external stimuli!
So for you new people please do try and relax. You won't feel as horrible as you do now. Soon your good days will out number the bad and you will get back
To normality. However you need to get your anxiety under control, I cannot stress this enough because this is the real battle. Not the T!
On a side note - once you have got used to this condition, you will have the odd days where it annoys you more than others. This is normal and does not mean you are regressing!
A good blog that helped me - http://blog.szynalski.com/2010/12/24/tinnitus-tips/
Good luck to you all
