Cause of Tinnitus
Loud music
I was just playing with my friend. I was on a call with low volume (sometimes I had to adjust the volume but it wasn't high enough to say that it is bad). I just got off and I was going to sleep and I hear a quiet deep noise from my ear. I can't describe what it is but it's like a plain eeeeee but deeper.

Please help, is this permanent? After all the call was 1 hour at 1-3 ticks on my volume bar.

Pinklights, will that stop this new frequency?

I was so happy, my tinnitus became basically non-existant recently and life was great. Now I have to deal with a new, harder to ignore frequency.

I just hope this goes away...

Update:
I yawned and somehow it became quieter. I think I can sleep now but I would really like this noise to disappear.

If it already became quieter, you have a good chance of it going away. But yes, get NAC and magnesium. and perhaps prednisone from the ER.

Maybe a little congestion... be happy if your noise is quiet... turn a fan on and go to sleep... I bet it's gone by tomorrow morning... and don't check for it... ever.

Hardly think it warrants prednisone. It's not candy.

Hopefully you are feeling better by now.
I only use the phone on speaker. I never bring it to my ear anymore.
Best to you,
Once
