As a lot of you already know, I'm in the middle of a sort of "relapse." I recalled a book I ordered 9 years ago when I first experienced tinnitus that helped me. I was able to put my fingers on it almost as soon as remembering it last night. In my house, that's a kind of miracle in itself LOL. Anyway, just in case any of you would like to check it out it's called, Tinnitus: Turning The volume Down by Kevin Hogan. Some of you are probably familiar with Kevin Hogan. I remember that one of the things that helped me the most about that book was he tells his own journey into healing or from hell to peace. I just thought I'd mention it as a resource.
I need to get back to several of the members here who have been so amazingly kind in reaching out to me and I will a little later today or tomorrow. You know who you are. I'm actually going to go live my life today. I have some plans tinnitus or not.
