Hey guys, I just started my account here since I've been really worrying about my tinnitus in the last month. I must note that I have had tinnitus before, but only when I was thinking about it, which wasn't often, but now it doesn't seem to be going away. So here's the story, I was wearing a D-shaped headset at work one time, and all of a sudden I heard a really loud screech that lasted about 2 seconds, since this event I've been bothered by tinnitus in my right ear. I'm not sure if it's becasue I've been focusing on it, or because I really did cause damage. I checked the max output of the headset and it says about 105db, although I doubt it was that loud. If it was at this level could it of caused damage though? Or is this tinnitus bothering me since I've been focusing and focusing on it? Please help.
