Am I Developing Hyperacusis?

Maybe I'm just being paranoid, but I've been getting spikes of pain (lasts ~1-2s) in what feels like my inner ear for the past few weeks (once every few days), but they've recently increased in frequency (got a few today and yesterday).

I will bring this up in my next visit to my GP, but I'm wondering if anyone has had anything similar or if its in any way related to hyperacusis?

do you feel your ears more sensitive or only when you notice the spikes. H does cause pain from sounds it could be.

I haven't noticed any change in sensitivity, just spikes of pain.

@Sharpfire i dont think its H .. If it was you will feel the difference man.. it might be something else maybe your ear telling you its been exposed to much recently im not too sure..
