Anyone with This Tinnitus Tone I Got Today?

It's been 5 years I've had this high pitched tinnitus on my left side, sometimes it gets louder.

But I was managing until now. Today there is new tone. It's more like a smooth tone. Like a phone tone. It's on the left side. This is like 24 hours tone. It's not much scratchy or punchy but just a tone. Not feeling very positive right now. its taking me to the square one . its like a dialtone ..

yes this kind of tinnitus happened to me before whenever I feel pressure on my ears and it usually goes away. these days it's going up and down. it's a way different one. thank you. i might get myself checked.

At times I get new tones and then eventually it fades away. Your stress/anxiety levels play a huge role in all of this. stay calm, don't ramp up your nerves. As I have said in my posts before, tinnitus/new tones just don't always appear for no reason. There is a reason for it(not 100% but most of the time), I can give you my reasons for my tinnitus and why it's so so loud today. Think back to what your routine is like and see what has changed.
