Hey everyone. So I haven't been to the movies in a couple of years but there's a movie coming out that I'd really like to see. I found a drive-in theater that has tickets available and I was wondering if drive-in movies were safe for someone with tinnitus.

For the sound they use outdoor speakers if you choose to sit outside your car, or you can use the car radio for the sound. If I go, I plan to bring my earplugs and earmuffs just in case.

I may be overthinking but is it possible that playing the sound through a car radio at a low volume could worsen tinnitus? I'm also concerned that even if I have the windows up, the outdoor speakers would be loud enough to cause issues.

Thank you for your advice.
