Hi all,
Just wanted to chimn in here and post an update of my tinnitus status. I promised myself I would not
leave these forums when I got better and succeeded in habitating it. It's been two years for me now since
I got it and I've since then successfully moved on.
The ringing in my ears is no worse than the sound coming out of the fan from my computer desktop, the sound
of cars driving by outside my balcony, the wind blowing or maybe even from someone scratching a chalkboard
. It's just some harmless sound for which there's no reason to pay any attention to. That's what I've finally learned to feel.
Newcomers and old-timers in these forums, hang in there! You're not alone and I wish you all the best!
