Big Bang! Will I Be Okay?

Hi guys I have been doing really good with my t but just today at work there was a extremely long bang on my left side rendering my pretty much deaf on my left ear and it was ringing like mad ! All seems to have returned to normal touch wood ! Apart from it feel sore ! Will I be ok any advice would be appreciated !

what kind of bang was it?

What was the bang and how long ago was it? If it was very recent (within 48 hours) I would ask a doctor about getting on prednisone just to be sure.
