Breaking the habit of being yourself, By Dr. Joe Dizpenza
I saw this Doctor on a show discussing his book. He had talked about changing our everyday routines, those kind of auto pilot moments we all have. Getting ready for work, driving the same route to work. He was talking about some illnesses like Lupus, MS and a few other illnesses that have gone away when patients changed their minds by changing their behaviour (mind). He explained that when they changed their "minds", they were no longer the person with the illness.
I haven't read his books yet but there has been several years of research. I believe he was on TED talks so he has to be onto something. Wouldn't that be great to rid ourselves from T by simply changing our minds.
Had to share, maybe someone has seen his talk or read his books. I'm going onto youtube and see what this guy's all about. It has my attention.
