Can eustachian tube/tinnitus cause lightheadedness?
I have tinnitus high pitch after a cold few month ago, doc said I lose some hearing at my left which is cause of tinnitus.
But now i felt a bit lightheaded, not vertigo (room is not spinning etc), head feel heavy, mild unbalanced, almost feel like drowsiness after taking nyquil. only happen when tinnitus is at its peak.
