Can Tinnitus from Glutamate Storm Get Better?

I messed up with benzodiazepines. I had one tone and some noxacusis before taking them, but now I have ten different tones and things are getting worse every day. Can it get better?

My tones feel more like they are in my brain than in my ears.

I tapered too quickly and I am still only halfway through the taper.
