Citrus (Fresh Lemon Juice) Causes a Tinnitus Spike

For the past 2 days I have had only fresh lemon juice in the morning. After 30 minutes my ears start screaming. I will continue to experiment with fresh citrus in the morning.

I dont think so. Only with lemons on an empty stomach. Oranges on an empty stomach are fine. Lemon Juice after eating is fine. Im still testing.
