Do Damaged Hair Cells Look the Same Irrespective of the Cause of Damage?

I have noise induced hearing loss. From what I understand the inner ear cells are damaged. There are many different causes for damaged hair cells. Noise, ototoxic drugs, Meniere's disease, etc...

Do these hair cells that are damaged from different causes look the same or different?

If a scientist looks at the damaged cells, can they tell exactly what caused the damage to these cells?

I was trying to find information on this but couldn’t.

I don't know if this will help in any way, but my T began after being given a high dosage of an ototoxic antibiotic after a major operation. It happened within days of starting the medication, and stayed with me when I came off it.

I have also not found a publication that assigns hair cell damage to different causes.
However, I am afraid that only the histopathologist is able to examine hair cells under the microscope...

 

Do you think the look the same, I was looking at pictures on Google image . Don’t see no difference. But I wish the would have put a billboard on the highway of that . Like the put picture of smoking. Lungs b4 after. Ears before after noise . Everyone would be googling.That will spread awareness.
