I have a similar migraine diagnosis, and my migraines the auditory portion of my inner ears more frequently than the vestibular portion, so I have lost some of my hearing and get occassional bouts of loud T. The tinnitus you experience may or may not be related to just your migraines, as tinnitus comes from so many different sources.
What has your doc. recommended you do to treat them? Have you started the migraine diet or have you been placed on a migraine med yet? You may have worked through this already but it is also important to identify triggers (like loud noise, pressure changes, etc.). Usually, a migraine preventative med, good sleep, and a trigger free diet can reasonably manage these kinds of migraines according to what the ear doc. told me.
Also, how many tests have you been through for them to exclude just this diagnosis? Have you had an MRI done? I'm a little OCD on vigorous testing because I am finding out that my migraines are likely being caused by something else going on in my body, specifically in the neck.
I'm just starting to navigate through my own weird migraines and am not that knowledgeable, but if you have any other questions feel free to ask!
