Does Constantly Pressurizing Ears and Yawning Cause Problems?

Cause of Tinnitus
noise
I have the dreaded tinnitus. I also have sleep apnea. I use an APAP machine (auto pressure). Before I got my jump in tinnitus I found my ears felt plugged and like there was water in my ears. My doctor said it was because my Eustachian tubes were plugged. I started gently pressurizing them and with some coaxing they eventually started to reach the ears and a yawn would release the pressure. I have found information that the pressure from the APAP or CPAP can cause the ears not to drain, and then plug up. So when I wake up in the morning the tubes are clogged. I gently pressurize and yawn and they clear out with some work. I feel like the ears need regular pressurizing and release throughout the day the keep them from feeling plugged.

Is this constant pressure release on the ears a problem? Will it cause my t to get worse or better or stay the same? I also have unfortunately abused my ears as a musician. I feel the t was noise related, but may have been ramped up by being plugged for a long period of time.

Any thoughts? Suggestions?
