Does Tinnitus Automatically Make Your Hearing Worse?

With me, and reason I have Tinnitus is because of SSHL. So I can hear very little out of that ear.
I have read a lot of people have normal hearing with T.
So I would think it depends on the person. It doesn't persay automatically mean you will have hearing loss.

tinnitus will not make itself worse or your hearing worse. your hearing will get worse over time (presbycusis), but not because of tinnitus.
tinnitus may or may not get worse. it may get better. get some earplugs for your keychain and be prudent about how often you're exposed to loud.
