Hi I'm new to this site and suffering with tinnitus fairly bad at the mo.
I've been working a lot lately so I'm tired, does tiredness affect anyone else's tinnitus?

Also I have gone on a very healthy diet.
I used to eat a lot of veg which gives you magnesium and potassium.

But now on salads and slimming world meals.
Can that spike your tinnitus?

Thank you

Dale

Hi @Dale1964 Yep, when I'm tired my tinnitus gets louder. It always has, even in the days when I had mild T. Good for you for your healthy diet, but I hope you're not giving up veggies? I don't know what slimming world meals are - some kind of a pre-fixed diet plan? RM

Hi thank you for you're reply, yes we have more or less given up veg, slimming world meals are basically fat free meals.
Are veg good for tinnitus ?

Yes tiredness affects my tinnitus. When I'm tired I don't have the mental and physical strength to deal with it. When I get good sleep it's a different story.
