Ear Discomfort Moving Ear to Ear

I have tinnitus in my left ear and recently I noticed my tinnitus has gotten louder but also become a little sensitive in both ears.

I would say there is some discomfort, sensation or spasms in both ears but not at the same time. It switches from ear to ear. I don't understand why as I would have thought sensitivity would affect both ears at the same time?

Can I add my ears feel fatigued at the end of the day as well.

I have tinnitus left & right but it acts and reacts independently on each side.
