Ear Fullness and Drum Like Sound When Chewing or Knocking on Head

Hey everyone. Today I woke up with ear fullness in my right ear. Also when I click my teeth together it sounds like a hollow drum like sound. I noticed the same thing if I knock on the top of my head.

It feels like the sensation of water in the ear except there's no water. I've also been having thumping sounds. I'm very concerned about what's going on.

I went to a doctor and they said my ear drum looks fine and there's no infection. I would love to know your opinions on what might be going on.

Hi @Vinay, yes I did. It was a small piece of earwax against my eardrum. Once an ENT removed the earwax, my hearing went back to normal.

Hopefully it's a similar situation for you and you are are able to get it taken care of easily. Wishing you the best.
