Earwax Buildup and Blockage Causing Tinnitus

Hi,

So I was here for a few months last year, and fortunately my tinnitus got so much better. I completely forgot about tinnitus most of the days...

But now I had an earwax buildup again like last year which caused the problem, and the tinnitus returned.
The tinnitus started when I started putting the ear wax softening drops in the ears.

Last time the tinnitus was caused because I syringed the ears at home without being careful and didn't use ear wax softening drops.
This time I went to a professional and used the ear wax softening drops on the ear for a few days before, and the procedure went fine, the tinnitus that was present before stayed the same.

So my question is if I can do something to prevent this earwax buildup which one way or another seems to be slowly fucking up my ears?
