Fluctuating Hearing and Tinnitus

I have a question:

Does Tinnitus fluctuate as hearing fluctuation?

I am thinking my T is down because my hearing is up.

Any comments?

I think this could be possible.. I have a feeling of less good hearing in my left ear for a last few days, and also my T is louder in that ear, so.. yes.. Why is this I don't know.. Will it go away, I hope so..
