Has anyone else experienced this before? I used to have it for short periods when I was very anxious.
With my current medication, I do not really experience anxiety anymore.
However, this started right around the time my pet, a beloved member of my family, had a seizure last night. I was quite stressed, since she never had one before. She is a four-year-old Italian Greyhound.
All day today, following last night, I have had Globus. It makes me feel like gagging or throwing up, but I do not feel "sick," exactly.
I assume it is stress-related, considering the timing, although I have also noticed a lot of reflux over the past few weeks, which may be contributing as well.
I've read a lot about neck muscle tension also? My neck is quiet tender to touch right now, so may also be contributing.
