Greetings from Lebanon! Tinnitus Caused by Concerts / Headphones

Hello everyone,

I've discovered Tinnitus Talk during some researching on my newly acquired tinnitus on my left ear from almost 3 months ago. I've also had tinnitus on my right ear from back in 2019, but I'm not sure what caused that, might have been a metal concert I went to back in mid 2018 or just my general usage of headphones.

In any case, I'm happy to have found this forum and read through a few posts and it brightens my day to see I'm not alone in this fight against the constant and dynamic noises of the ear/brain.

I hope I can learn a lot from this place and gain a lot of info from its kind people. I look forward to reading and posting here.
