Have You Ever Tried a Colon Cleanse for Tinnitus?

I was actually thinking about colon cleansing recently because my friend has been having some constipation issues. It got me thinking about the gut-brain axis and I was wondering if it could help people with certain types of tinnitus.

I accidentally gave myself a colon cleanse when I drank my mother in laws laxative tea (I thought it was herbal tea) I still carry the mental scars from that day.

My tinnitus did not improve.
