I greet you, colleagues! I have a question for you - How does heavy physical activity or a gym with weights (barbells) affect your tinnitus? Does this affect the level of tinnitus?

Today I sharply lifted a large sofa (also on it sat my grandmother) and from this weight it seems I caught a small spike. What do you say?

So, I don't know about heavy weights but I started going to my intense bootcamp workouts.

Everytime I do squats, Mountain climbers, toe touches, bear crawls, push ups.... When there is stretch I guess I have spike in T. I continued with squats but was scared to do mountain climbers and crazy bear crawls as they even before I had T made me a bit dizzy. The spikes were very temporary like when I sqaut I have high Ttttttt the moment i sit its soft hiss..... So, I thought I should not stop boot camps for the sake of Spikes in T but do it at my pace.
