How loud is a party cracker. Those that are inside a little plastic wine bottle shaped that have serpentin inside them and make a loud blast when you pull the string?

Acording to a UNECE pdf I found:

"Party poppers - only the 2.1.3.6.4(c) criterion of "no audible report exceeding 135 dB(C) peak at a distance of one metre" would seem relevant. The average measured audible report was 94 dB at one metre (ranging from 90 to 100 dB in ten tests). On this basis it is assumed that party poppers are eligible for exclusion from Class 1 on the basis of a 6(c) test and producing an audible report of less than 135 dB."

This is at 3 feet away.

My brother popped one of these things out of the plastic bottle abour 8 feet away amd of course inside. Did I cause tenporary damage to my ears?

My right ear is ringing louder than it used to. The popper was kind of like an party popper but it was much bigger so I think it made louder than a 120db noise. I may havw ruined my hearing.

The popper came inside a chocolate candy. It was 9 cm long. And you pop it by pulling both of the strings at the same time. I uploaded a file.

I was playing with my friend while my brother came to the room and popped it. It made a really loud bang and i got pissed. The room was really echoing because there was not any furniture because we are moving.
