Funny title, I know, I just couldn't think of a better one.
Anyhow I just came back from Mexico, where I went to this little resort with my girlfriend and her family.
When I was there I found myself thinking about my tinnitus only a handful of times. It was a combination of the distractions, also the sound of the waves at the beach drowned it out fairly well, but even better than the waves were the crickets at night. I would go sit outside for two hours, next to these chirping critters and could not hear my tinnitus at all during that time, it was amazing. Also weird because most cricket sounds on YouTube don't do anything for me. If only I could take those crickets with me! Lol.
Anyway, back at home now and I can hear my tinnitus through anything once again, patiently waiting for my appointment at Neuromod...
