I Need Tips for My Trip to Amsterdam

Hi guys
How are you doing? I'm doing kind of good except morning tinnitus nowadays. I feel like I'm about to habituate to my fluctuating severe head buzzing tinnitus(I know, weird right)

I'm going for a trip to Amsterdam with my boyfriend and his brother in two weeks. We will share our room with another 2 or 3 people. Unfortunately I cannot sleep without crickets sound for the night. There is nothing can mask my head tinnitus. I'm really afraid of using ear plugs. I have not used any since the onset of my tinnitus and I know a couple if cases their T got worse after using them. We will stay for a week and I do not know what to do.

Can you give any tips what should I do?

Get a pillow speaker and put it under your pillow
