Is Pain and Pressure in Ears Part of Tinnitus?

Does anyone else almost always have pain and pressure in their ears?

Specifically with me it is my left ear... oddly enough I think tinnitus is worse in my right ear.

Is this part of tinnitus or is something else going on?

I have some weeks where my head / ears almost feel normal... but other weeks it's almost unbearable. I'm not sure what is different week to week.

This sounds muscular related to me. Have you seen your doc about this? Or maybe see a physio ?

Not pressure but constant pain in my left ear. It is inside but pain stretches to just below the ear. Cause undetermined but "forum doctors" here have speculated: hyperacusis and tmj. A few other conditions, too, that I forget. I don't get headaches or facial pain from it so I am not sure what is going on. The pain outside my ear is connected as it's just below and that bone that connects the ear to the cheek. I don't know if that's the temporal bone. Hmmm?

I guess it doesn't matter.
