@SeekIngAlpha ,
Sorry to hear your in a bad way with your tinnitus and the unwanted emotions are really hard for you.
The anxiety and stress can build up to a point we don't know how handle it and has no where to go.
Try to remain calm and lots of deep breaths coming from your stomach making it rise.
The tinnitus sound can be mental torture as it invades our lives and impact on all of the day not knowing what to do to get some peace.
Try keep sound on low around you and the tv even if you can only stand it on really low.
You need support and go to a safe place like AnE if your life is in danger .
The build up of emotions needs a escape route so try go for a walk,crying is a natural release and medication to calm you down will help.
Make sure your doctor knows how you feel and he can support you too and put in place talking therapy and medication or crisis support.
You are not going crazy it's just a lot to cope with .........lots of love glynis
I've been there and will likely be there again. go to a psychiatrist and Cognitive therapist , it took me a few to get the right ones but they helped a bit.
While some of us aren't so lucky, for you it could well go into remission again. Have you tried repeating the same techniques that helped your tinnitus go into remission a year ago?
