Is This Hearing Loss?

Yesterday I went to the ent to get my ears cleaned due to was buildup. Ever since I got both ears cleaned with the special tools they use not a syringe, my hearing in my right ear has been noticeably dull, which also increases the t in that ear as well. So I'm kinda worried because my ear is clean, and apparently looks healthy, but my hearing is dull in my other ear. So my question is do you think this is sudden hearing loss or possibly a slight blocked ear? Btw I haven't taken any meds or done any thing harmful to cause this.
