Who Knows?
Just curious if anyone has found relief from tinnitus with jaw exercises.

Mine is mostly pretty mild but I have my days, like today, where it got kinda bad.

I know much of my issue is stress and anxiety.

In any case, I've noticed if I push my lower jaw out I can make the volume go up, and down as I push my lower jaw forward and back.

It seems as I do that "exercise" it seems to have a more lasting effect.

I've been doing it for 20-30 minutes and it's taken my tinnitus down a couple notches.

I've read about some jaw exercises online but, but as we all know you can find many tinnitus cures on google if you look long enough.

Just wanted to see if anyone that actually has this problem has found it helpful.

I've found relief through these stretches and a number of neck and back stretches. I also go to physical therapist every 2 weeks and notice positive gains after each session.

I also do the exercises that House and Matt do. I do several digastric muscle exercises for TMJ that can be found on YouTube. The digastric exercise that seems to really help is pulling only skin under the chin above and clear of the Adam's Apple.
I just got a very thin soft flexible mouth guard made by a dentist. For me, a hard guard was causing pain.
