I was prescribed Letrozole as part of my cancer treatment, but I stopped after 10 days due to a significant increase in my pre-existing tinnitus. Following this, medical oncologist #1 switched me to Exemestane. However, my tinnitus worsened again.
I was about to stop taking Exemestane when I consulted medical oncologist #2, who suggested taking Exemestane every other day instead of daily. I'm currently trying that approach and plan to update in about 10 days.
