Has anyone had a three month stretch of bad days? My digestive track really went bad now the T and sleep are worse. Im struggling. Thank you.

I do not know what bad days mean? Every morning I wake up to the noise and try to go back to sleep but to no avail. I took some antidepresents drugs a few weeks ago and my t's went oft the chart on the fifth day of taking them. Now I'm weaning myself oft the oxoicodon I have taken for years just to see if that helps? Have you ever tried Xanax? That helped me somewhat but don't over due it as it's another drug that can be a problem when it comes to addiction. But it sounds like in your case you might give it a try as it did calm me down. @ruben ruiz , every day is a bad day since the onset of T. Only unconsciousness gives me relief.

I had a two year episode of LOUD whistling ears and distorted hearing after a night of loud music. That was about 10 years ago.
